We take great pride in hand-finishing and packing your orders right here in our Brisbane studio. Here is what you can expect when you order from Pipsqueak Prints & Crafts:

  • Processing Time: We aim to have your treasures ready for dispatch within 3 business days where possible.
  • Custom & Large Orders: For those bigger hauls or bespoke creations, please allow for a little extra processing time as we ensure every layer is perfect.
  • Shipping Location: Currently, we ship within Australia only.
  • Our Carriers: We ship via Australia Post (or equivalent reliable couriers) to ensure your parcel arrives safely.
  • Stay Informed: Tracking information will be provided for all orders where available.
  • Dispatch Days: We lodge parcels from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Because our items are made-to-order specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

This policy includes instances where:

  • You decide you no longer want the item after it has been produced.
  • The wrong colour, style, or design was selected at checkout.
  • The item features minor surface variations, layer lines, or small imperfections. These are a natural characteristic of the FDM 3D printing process and make your piece unique!
  • There are slight colour differences caused by individual monitor settings or variations in filament batches.
