This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through Pipsqueak Prints & Crafts.
Shipping at a Glance
- Processing time: Up to 3 business days where possible
- Custom or large orders: May require additional processing time
- Shipping location: Australia only
- Carrier: Australia Post or equivalent
- Tracking: Provided where available
- Dispatch days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
Order Processing Time
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 business days where possible.
Please note:
- Processing times may be longer for custom, made-to-order, or larger items
- Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order and is separate from delivery time
- Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays
If your order requires additional processing time, this may be noted on the product page or communicated after purchase.
Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship within Australia only.
Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Parcel size and weight
- Delivery address
- Selected shipping service
Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only and are provided by the carrier.
Dispatch Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Tracking details will be provided where available.
Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time beyond our standard timeframe.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Custom colours or design variations
- Build-your-own products
- Larger items requiring extended print or assembly time
By purchasing a custom or made-to-order item, you acknowledge and accept that dispatch times may vary.
Delivery Delays & Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timeframes and handling are outside of our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Postal or courier network disruptions
- Weather events or natural disasters
- Peak periods such as sales events or holidays
- Public holidays
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied at checkout
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- Re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If a parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us so we can assist with lodging an enquiry with the carrier where applicable.
Refunds or replacements for lost parcels will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy and carrier guidelines.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the external packaging
We will assess the issue in line with Australian Consumer Law and our Refund & Returns Policy.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days where possible. Custom or large orders may take longer.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within Australia only.
Can I change my address after ordering?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
Is shipping time guaranteed?
No. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and depend on the carrier.
