3D-Printed Product Care Guide

Our products are made using FDM 3D printing and are intended for display, light handling, and everyday enjoyment when cared for correctly. Following the guidelines below will help keep your item looking its best.

General Care

• Handle items with care, especially small or detailed parts.
• Avoid dropping items or applying excessive force.
• Products are not designed for heavy impact or rough use unless stated otherwise.

Heat & Sun Exposure

3D-printed materials can soften or warp when exposed to high temperatures.

• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
• Do not leave items in hot cars, near windows, heaters, or heat sources.
• Not suitable for use in ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, or near open flames.

Water & Moisture

• Light contact with water is generally fine, but items should not be submerged.
• Dry items thoroughly if they become wet.
• Not suitable for prolonged outdoor exposure unless stated otherwise.

Cleaning

• Clean gently using a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.
• Avoid harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive cleaners.
• Do not aggressively scrub textured or detailed areas.

Moving Parts & Clickers

For products with moving or interactive components:

• Use gentle pressure only.
• Do not force parts beyond their intended range of motion.
• If resistance is felt, stop and check for obstructions.

Assembly & Modifications

• Do not modify, disassemble, sand, or heat products.
• Alterations may weaken the item and void eligibility for replacement or refund.

Storage

• Store items in a cool, dry location.
• Avoid stacking heavy objects on top of printed items.
• For long-term storage, keep items out of direct sunlight.

Intended Use

• Display and decorative purposes.
• Light handling and novelty use.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, products are not toys, are not food-safe, and are not intended for outdoor or industrial use.

Normal Characteristics of 3D Printing

Due to the nature of FDM 3D printing, minor layer lines, surface texture variations, or small marks may be visible. Colour may vary slightly between production batches.

These characteristics are normal and do not affect the intended function of the item.
