Refund & Returns Policy

At Pipsqueak Prints & Crafts, we take great care in creating our products. Many of our items are made-to-order or produced using FDM 3D printing, which means every piece is a little unique.

This policy is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

This includes:

  • Deciding you no longer want the item
  • Ordering the wrong colour, style, or design
  • Minor surface variations, layer lines, or small imperfections typical of 3D printing
  • Colour differences caused by screen displays or filament batches

Please choose carefully before purchasing. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us prior to ordering.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

You are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law if your item:

  • Is faulty
  • Arrives damaged
  • Is significantly different from its description

If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A video clearly showing the damage if possible

Once assessed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, as required under ACL.


Handmade & 3D-Printed Items

Due to the nature of handmade and FDM 3D-printed products:

  • Minor layer lines, texture differences, or small marks may be present
  • These are considered normal characteristics and not faults

All items are quality-checked before dispatch.


Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom or made-to-order items (including personalised colours, designs, or builds) cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind.

If a custom item is faulty or incorrect due to our error, we will happily resolve the issue.


Returns (If Approved)

If a return is approved:

  • Items must be returned in original condition where possible
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

We recommend using tracked postage, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.


Market Purchases

Items purchased in person at markets are considered final sale unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law. Please inspect items at the stall and notify us of any issues at the time of purchase where possible.
